How to install PROTON e.MAS 5 complimentary charger
PROTON has four official CPOs: Recharge Xolutions, Charge+, Chargesini, and Charge N Go. If you book for the home charger installation with PROTON’s official EV charger installers officially through the PROTON e.MAS app, you will be entitled to get 2 years warranty for the charger.
Here’s how to book an installation:
- On the PROTON e.MAS App, navigate to ‘Services’.
- Select ‘Home Charger’.
- Book a home assessment session.
- The sales associate of your chosen CPO will contact you.
- Proceed with home assessment.
- Receive quotation from CPO.
- Pay directly to the official PROTON CPO and arrange for installation of the free PROTON e.MAS charger.
- The installation team will brief you on the safety and best practices for using the home charger.
Do note that hiring a non-official installer will result in a forfeiture of the charger warranty.
