RM100 will be put on hold by your card-issuing bank. After charging is done, the unused amount will be refunded to your bank account. The refund should take 3-7 working days, depending on your card issuing bank.
*The refund is handled by the banking party, not RExharge.
Petrol stations also put a temporary hold on a card to verify that the card is active and has enough funds to pay for the petrol.
Step 1: Launch the RExharge app.
Step 2: Go to ‘Map’ and search for the RExharge charging station nearby.
Step 3: Select the correct EV charger.
Step 4: Plug in the connector.
Step 5: Click ‘Start’ to start charging *For DC chargers, ‘handshake’ between charger and app may take up to 1 minute.
Step 6: Check if your EV is charging.
Step 7: Click ‘END’ to stop charging.
User will no longer need to key in payment details with each charging session. Additionally, it also minimises the occurence of disputes.

Yes. You will only be charged for a full charge or until you end the session in the RExharge app. Any balance from the RM100 pre-authorized payment will be refunded.
